Members of Belfast Sliders Softball Club continue to meet up in the off-season (September to March) to participate in Sliders Fitness, an organised programme of stretches, circuits, running and fitness assessment. Sliders Fitness is organised by team member Laura O’Connor, who creates a customised exercise regime to target areas of fitness requested by her fellow team members. The aim of Sliders Fitness is to improve our general health and wellbeing, as well as keeping up skills and stamina in the winter months.
Sliders Fitness takes place every Sunday morning at 11.30am, meeting at Hydebank Parks and Playing Fields in South Belfast. Come along if you want to join us.
